Why Are Camping Showers So Good?

The one thing that puts people off camping most often is the lack of facilities. When you have to go to the toilet in the bush, and stay dirty for days on end it can become uncomfortable. To top it off, without the right equipment to keep you warm and comfortable camping can be a very unenjoyable experience. However, with the right equipment and some solid planning camping can even be luxurious. Of course, its never going to be as easy as staying at home, but you are rewarded with so much more when you enjoy nature.

Camping is made so much better by a very cheap piece of equipment; the camping shower. These range in price and functionality, but you can pick a cheap one up for under 30 dollars. From there, all you need to do is find some fresh water to warm up, and you can have a decent shower. You find a shower in the bush doesn't have to be that good quality to make you feel so much better. Some camping showers are mounted in the engine bay of your vehicle, and the engine heats up the water. These are more expensive, but much better systems.

You can also get portable showers which rely on the sun to heat the water up. This effectively is free energy, which is good when you are camping. Above all though, getting a camping shower is one of the best things that I have done. You need a small pump, the shower rose and a bit of warm water and you will have a good shower. You can pick up the shower tents for under 50 dollars too, so for under a hundred dollars you are well on the way to having a much cleaner and more enjoyable camping trip!
